Isle of Capri Announces Expansion

The Isle of Capri has announced a $180m expansion of their casino. Unfortunately, this proposal does not appear to include additional hotel rooms. There will be two additional restaurants and the former convention/meeting space will revert to its former (pre-Katrina) use. I'd be happier to see another tower of rooms, but this may take some time.
