Nice idea, but I guess my question would be how many of these units will be selling for $175K and how many for $275K.

I know that some of those buildings contain two units while the rest contain four. I would presume that the smaller units would be the $175k ones, because the amout they are spending on renovations doesn't sound like enough for drastic floorplan changes.

I'm not sure what percentage of the buildings contain the smaller (2br) units, but it is pretty close to half. Looking at the exteriors, you can tell the difference in two ways. the buildings with four small units have a window above the front door, and a back deck on the second floor. The buildings with larger (4br) units lack both these features.
