I am very contented to see a FOR SALE sign out front of my previous rental flat. This would be the place with the busted fridge, leaking roof upstairs, LL bought it last spring and promptly took away my storm door, etc.

Looks like he's finally realized that he got in over his head. There's more to property management than mowing the lawn every month and collecting rent checks.

Also FS are the two properties adjacent, which he bought at the same time, intending to create his hotels. (Monopoly)

Hah. Hah hah hah.

(no, I wouldn't buy anything from him!)
