There isn't much less for a 2 bedroom. Even in an older building. I was looking at 530 E Central prices. Not what I expected. Older units should be cheaper. Especially if you have to spend more for HOA and upkeep.

Generally, I like it, but it does contrast (a bit) with the rest of the buildings around it.

Parking around there in the morning is a disaster with Panera not having any. I think this is supposed to have some kind of restaurant component on the ground floor. Is this correct? If so, this area will be a nightmare at lunch time. And I don't think they can install a traffic light at Eola Drive due to the proximity of the light at Summerlin.

No retail within the building, but it is the first of future developments. I would wager, Lowndes would develop a higher density building in the future. Then the rest of Eola Dr would redevelop.

they should make eola drive one way and make the other existing lane parking. will require a little bit of work, but if cars are pulling into parking spots it will add a lot more room instead of parallel parking

honestly, i wouldnt mind seeing mid-high rises going in all the way around lake eola, I think it would be a neat look

in my opinion at least
