Fayetteville's Chapter for Ntnl Green Bldg Council

Did anyone notice Fayetteville it getting it's own chapter? I'm guessing there's only one for the entire state right now and it's probably located in Little Rock. Fayetteville makes perfect sense as a city that should have one. The U of A's School of Architecture is located here and there's a lot of new development going on in the area.

Makes sense. I wonder if that means Fayetteville will be getting many more Leeds certifications in the future. Is the library the only Leeds certified building right now or are there others?
