Anyone have additional info or opinions on this?  Will construction stop until the litigation is resolved?  Given the history of the Faison project around the corner, the Neighborhood Association's request of reducing density on the site's frontage seems like it could lead to a financially unsustainable development.

None of the links are working yet, so it’s unknown what the site plan entails. 

Its actually not for a mixed used development, but for converting the American Billiards Building into a Brewery.
