Electrical Work to install new underground branch power to 22 new LED Pole Lights. Replace 7 existing poles with new LED heads. Install new underground conduits for future Emergency Blue Phone Call Stations. All electrical power is obtained from existing service to remain.

Yeah I work at Presby. They're just rebuilding the gravel lot we used for parking. 6 months to get done. Nothing exciting

Eastern Federal is the same company that owned the Martha Washington apartments and has assembled the block with the Manor and Starbucks. They seem to love land banking.

That's probably going to end up being a great deal for them. As land values continue to rise in Elizabeth and more apartments get built, they'll be able to redevelop that land once the long-term leases are up and make a few million.

Ha whoops my kids love the Martha White muffins so I make them all the time and they are on my mind constantly. You would think I could get the name right considering I can see the Martha Washington land from my kitchen.

Any info on what is going in the old Kim’s Cleaners spot in the Dollar General shopping center? I tried to peer in the windows and saw shelves lining the walls but there is no sign in the window.

The Elizabeth Burn Bootcamp owner posted today that they expect to have to find a new location by next summer. What is the owner’s long term plan with this shopping center? Knowing Dollar General is on its way out soon too makes me wonder if that shopping center will last much longer.

As a neighbor, absolutely love this building and what our little corner has become between Crunkleton, The Stanley, and a resurgent Caswell Station which has one of the best NFL patios in town.. Most of the glass up except the curve. Also can see the retail storefronts facing 7th in the last pic.

That is the Plaza/Outdoor Dining area. It is in front of the parking garage. Although I think that Balcony is part of an office floor.

Night pictures. Very cool lighting effects on the underside of the roof overhang. This building will stand out day and night on this busy intersection. That corner spot is going to be a signature spot for some restaurant. Maybe Crunkleton will move across the street, they don’t have nearly enough space for their demand.

This project is a great illustration of how a building doesn't have to be tall to be "urban". In fact, the smaller scale is a virtue - it allows for more active uses within the perception of the pedestrian. And as mentioned, the quality and variety of materials on the exterior is really nice. I'd take this over a 30 story podium tower any day.
