Can SC be a LEED(er) ?

According to this article, Greenville could be home to one of the United States Postal Service's first two LEED certified buildings. :shades:

Plans include the renovation and expansion of the mail processing and distribution centers in Greenville, S.C., and Troy, Mich.

The $17 million Greenville, S.C., renovation is expected to be finished in April 2010.

Here it is. The tower is one of two office buildings in the state with the ranking. (not sure whether it means the Energy Star rating or the top 25 percent rating)

Edit: Apparently I did not read the article properly, since the indication clearly seems to be that because the building received the Energy Star rating, it is now considered in the top 25 percent for engery efficiency.
