Demolition will start soon, and in comes another mega box- however this time no where near buckland.

168,500+ square feet, 740 parking spots on almost 18 acres.

Hard to guess since we already have walmart, sams, BJ's being built....

The newspaper is guessing a new Walmart 24 hour supercenter. Who knows what would happen with the old walmart.

Walmart keeps saying "In terms of any plans for Manchester, we don't have any publicly announced plans," he said in September.

That's going to be a nightmare with Broad St the way it is now. It can barely handle the traffic going to Green Manor Blvd to access the new Parkade.

The only thing it could be that manchester does not have is a COSTCO

But I cant see a big box store there, they do good near highways, this is the middle of town

Interesting for sure. Glad to see that eyesore has been finally dealt with.

Who knows, maybe we will see a store not common to this region. The super walmart would be a nice option as the one we have is a bit of PITA to get to when you just need to stop by for something quick.
