Work delayed on train depot

The second story is too small to be much use, and isn't really that accessible. IMO, the ceiling on the first floor should be removed and it should serve as a nice two-story atrium!

Well to note, work has begun on the infill project. Debris from an old Wal-Mart is being used to extend the shore line by ~10 feet into the Ohio River, basically reclaiming land lost over the years from dredging and from the dam system.
