The year of the condo in downtown Seattle

A dozen projects with 3,000 new units are planned for downtown Seattle with 2,100 of the units already under construction. It appears that the Seattle market hasn't been struck by the speculators as the article suggests that its at about half that of other cities that have suffered condo slowdowns like Las Vegas & Miami. The Seattle boom just amazes me.
