Which city will see a new tall office tower first Winston-Salem or Greensboro

Triad Tower has not been halted. Its running behind schedule due to construction design changes, so plans have to be redrawn. I personally think they wont break ground on the tower until the end of the year or early next year. It can take a while with these kind of project. The Koury Convention Center tower was proposed before 1990 and it wasnt until 1994 before it was completed.
