Well, seems as if Greenville's Chris Sligh has made it to the finals on American Idol....24......12 guys, 12 girls. Anybody know him? I read that he has performed at the Handlebar, but I've never seen him there. Interesting guy. He has a BJU history correct?

I actually know Chris and his brother personally, both through working together at a pizza place in Greenville, and also through BJU. Yes, I went BJU. His band Half Past Forever is also really good, and I hope that they make it big as well, and really put Greenville on the map when it comes to the music scene.

I heard he went to BJU and North Greenville. I saw his initial performance, and I thought it was pretty good. I hope he goes all the way. I would be great to have an Am. Idol winner from Greenville and South Carolina.
