New 3 story office building on Plymouth Road (Lowertown)

The steel frame and concrete decking is complete on a new 3 story office building on Plymouth road. It is wedged tight between two businesses. They pretty much maxed out the parcel. It is next to the BP/Brewers Towing Co as you go up the hill heading out of Lowertown Ann Arbor. I suppose you all want me to post pictures soon? lol

Okay Correction, this is not an office building but a strip mall with 2 levels of residential on top. At least my friend told me this.

Actually, that site has a significant amount of land off the gravel road behind the BP station.

The site used to be an auto salvage yard until sometime after 2002. Certainly a much better use of the property. Last time I was through Ann Arbor I thought it was going to be townhouses or such.

I'm kinda pissed though. Ann Arbor started getting all this new cool non-University development after I finished my MUP in 2002 and left town.

Though, here in Chicagoland, I'm certainly not at a loss for cool developments.
