Second Story Properties loves restoring century-old buildings. It is not only our business, it is our passion. We strive to bring back vitality to forgotten neighborhoods and neglected structures.

Every successful renovation improves the surrounding community and us. We're very proud of that and The Fitzgerald is one of those properties.

Since the building is still under construction, this will be a fascinating tour. I'm assuming we'll be able to see the unfinished portion of the building and learn a bit about the history?

Do we need to RSVP Alyssa?

Yes, thank you Second Story Properties. This is going to be a very impressive building. i absolutely loved the set back balcony. I never would have guessed it was there from street level!
