Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan.

Yes, after thinking a bit more there are three. The new 8-9 story garage, the one behind the service center, and the one on Jefferson. It's ridiculous, really, but it's quintessentially Detroit, at the same time. lol

People I know from out of state/out of country believe Detroit has some of the best parking structures in the world, which I find that hard to believe since other countries are investing in new parking technologies when we have only scratched the surface. Additionally, I've seen some nicely designed garages out in California that I thought were actual buildings.
