In the last one, I caught a guy (presumably an UPer) taking a pic of the construction site from a balcony of the Regions building.  My bet is its KJ. Tell me I’m right.

If today no way I'm coastal on Hilton Head.  But I have stood there and did that absolutely.  Many times and sometimes eating a KK doughnut.  Once we had a fire alarm go off I grab a KK doughnut and walked down 10 floors!

It is actually only done as each floor has the concrete floor poured in. Once it is cured, they take the tarps down.

Thought I swing by the office first time since before Christmas.  Tryon Place is looking great. Couple from my perch and since people don't really want me talking about those fresh sweet since 1937 doughnuts I won't. Happy Monday!  Nice to see the El Sol out! 

Quite a few twofer shots of the Legacy and Tryon Place in there.

This so feels like an end of 2020 completion date. lol ugh. going vertical with the framing really quickly.  But that parking garage will be massive. Hopefully they don't put a wall installation art work on it. A nice dark brick or decorative glass would look good around it. So will the parking deck be all above ground or match up under the building with a couple floors underground?

Its a early 2021 completion. I would imagine the parking deck only take about 8 months to build. Two floor below ground. Deck will have a metal decorative screening.

Aren’t there only 26 stories in this tower and therefore, about 20 left to go.  At this rate, couldn’t  the framing could easily top out by this summer?
