I am not sure I would call this a park as the trees are required along the street I am pretty sure.  Since there is no retail I would suggest Crescent build a fenced in dog park and lease it to the city for $1 a year.   So many apartments uptown and no dog parks to speak of in the central core.  And Crescent built 450+ apartments a block away.

Did you see them bouncing the one off the rebar about twenty times? That was intense to watch. I think it was on Wednesday
