The screening makes this entire building look cheap. I can’t imagine them putting a different material in front of this flimsy see-through stuff, at this point. Because why bother putting this stuff up?

If the “patience” Crescent is asking for in relation to the sweatband is only going to be lighting at night, and we’re stuck with this in the daytime - I’m going to be disappointed.

Supposedly it is going to be a LED video board

The screening looks horrible! Ugh maybe if it was darker or made of another material but this just isn’t it! It looks like they wrapped fence poles in a roll of white trash bags.:tw_sleepy:

I wonder if it will be lit all the time the screening atop it.  It might look good in the end from a distance.

If it's not lit up in some significant way I'll be significantly disappointed in this whole "crown for for a Queen" shenanigans.

Can someone remind me the plans for this section? It's something going in front of it? Didn't look like a lot of space

I am not sure I would call this a park as the trees are required along the street I am pretty sure.  Since there is no retail I would suggest Crescent build a fenced in dog park and lease it to the city for $1 a year.   So many apartments uptown and no dog parks to speak of in the central core.  And Crescent built 450+ apartments a block away.

Just noticed the ground floor detail and exterior is getting more attention. Looks good.  I still don’t see why this building can’t ooen this year.

Neat, I have been staring out of my office window at this for the last month. It has been great to see rise. Almost a floor a week
