CharlotteWkndBuzz 2602 Report post Posted September 24, 2020 Yes! Was really hoping it was an ice cream shop of some kind. Uptown lacks ice cream options badly. Location is perfect. Along with all the other retail and giant oak tree to sit under, this will be a big draw. Also, this is going to be a massive hit on panthers and MLS game days. My grades: tower design A, open space A+, retail space and facades A+, hotel A, parking deck C- overall A- and solely on the parking deck. You are not allowed to cut live oaks down if you absolutely have to you must replace with many more.
