May I present the ACC  Ally Charlotte Center and its new website  ( I still like the Tryon Place name but I do get it)

They do mention a place called Legacy across the street now LOL

Ally Charlotte Center brings a new type of workplace to Uptown, designed to inspire world-class talent with a focus on connectivity, wellness, and creativity.

I’d say wework is a new type of workplace, not I work on the 13th floor of the Ally building.

‘Our mixed-use walkable community...’ 

Isn’t all of uptown walkable? Don’t we want people to venture  away from ‘their blocks’?

Its funny how walkable it is when 1/2 the block is a parking deck.

Nothing picture worthy, but some modest work has begun on the hotel site. There's been people there everyday for the last week or so, with some machinery down in the hole moving some dirt around.

I floated that idea to Crescent. They said its exponentially more, so you'd need to go like 18 more floors to make it cost effective.

The balcony of the modern art museum is pretty good for taking pictures of this site. It will be even better for pictures of the Metro tower. I have another picture with a statue in the foreground, but I’m not sure of the museum’s policy regarding pictures of the art.

Yeah, definitely be careful with artwork photographs. They are very sensitive about copyright.

310 feet? Is that the phase that will be in front of the parking deck? Hopefully it stretches from end to end.

Well it won’t exactly be in front of the parking deck, since they’ll be expanding the parking deck all the way to mint and building on top of it an office building.
