The Regus Group opened its first business center in Grand Rapids at 250 Monroe back in January. According to Rapid Growth, they've already signed two Fortune 500 tenants to the space, new to the market. Apparently they can't name the tenants yet. Interesting, it is only 13,000 square feet, but still interesting.
