I posted this in the USA West section, but I'll post it here too. Because I can.

Just north of downtown, The Fine Arts Center expansion project is well underway.

Across the street, Colorado College's Cornerstone Arts Center is going up.

It's going to be a unique building.

Further south, new office condos are going up at Pikes Peak and Wahsatch.

Demolition is nearly complete at Pikes Peak and Nevada where "Pikes Peak Place", a 20-Story mixed use project will purportedly be built.

This recently renovated building is getting a paint job.

Yet another new nightclub is opening on Tejon Street.

Mmmm... hamburgers made in purple castles are the best kind.

The Fine Arts Center also operates "The Fine Arts Center Modern" on the ground floor of The Plaza of the Rockies.

This guy alway's look so serious.
