This is a very good project for miami. It's currently a huge black hole. It kills the neighborhood. The whole area should revitalize once this is built.

It looks nice but where are the buildings exactly going? When I have driven down to Miami on 95 it looks kind of cramped in that area.

It's a huge empty lot a couple of miles north of downtown in the wynwood neighborhood. It's been used forever as a storage yard for the containers coming out of the port.

I haven't been up that way in a while, but I think they're clearing the lot and workign on the infrastructure. It's going to take a lot to get that place ready for development. Thy're basically starting from scratch. If I found out more information I'll post it.
