For the record, that would be at S. Maple and Pauline. That's pretty far out there...

I do appreciate that they would consider a shuttle bus for students.

The university will likely offer shuttles out there. The university has been unable to meet the demands for student housing themselves and has highly relied on the private sector to solve their problems in recent years. They've restructured the system over the past few years to allow easier connections to the neighborhoods.
