Asheville, Airport Road Question (Arden?)

Does anyone know the name of the new apartments being built close to the airport there at Fletcher. I don't know that area too good. It might be Arden. But on the oposite side of the freeway from the airport, down a little ways on the right side are some new apartments being built. Does anyone know the name of these? I am not in NC right now.

I'm not sure, but I want to say it's called "SouthRidge Apartments." Since I have to pass them every day, I'll try to get some photos up either this weekend or next week. They look to be close to completion.

Are they considered to be in Arden? Or Asheville or Fletcher?
