It would be pretty cool. I don't see why they wouldn't though. Northern Genesee County is way underdeveloped, IMO. Being stuck in the middle of four good size population centers (Flint, Saginaw, Bay City and Midland) I think that part of the county could support a large regional retailer like that.

I think it would work. You have a very large region that has always been a major retail and tourist destination. It would make sense to build one right on 75 as people 'go up north' to hunt, fish, camp, etc.
