Blue Ridge Plantation construction photos

I had never driven by Blue Ridge Plantation until today. Looks like construction is moving along. The land that this development is on has fantastic views of the mountains! Beautiful area.

From the advertising I have seen lately, they are kicking off two new sections, one on the lake, and one on the other side with townhomes/patio homes.

Although I like this development, it has seemed to develop rather slowly to me. A lot of spec homes for sale in the Hidden Springs side.

If you like that place, you'll really love the Promenade de Montebello, on Piney Mountain. The architecture is really European.
