Is Publix ever coming to Charlotte?

Wegmans is amazing. The one in Moorestown, NJ near my in-laws is about twice the size of a regular Harris Teeter. In-house coffee shop (not a starbucks). Food court including a pizza counter, sandwich counter, and sushi. Amazing bakery section. Double amazing meat section. Food court also includes an asian buffet. There is an upstairs area above the food counters where you can sit. (You forget you're in a supermarket)

The regular grocery part of the store is good too, in terms of competitive pricing.

One cool feature of the Moorestown store was the newspaper rack. I had to look twice when i saw the Charlotte Observer, of all things. They sell major city sunday papers.

For a big box, its a pretty cool store.
