Of course, fashion doesn't mean much when you're only the 17th highest ranked university for an Ivy Leaguer. :D

Though I do have to give this some credit; when I first read it I instantly thought with the words "fashion" (and especially with "women" too) that it would be all about the per capita inches of cleavage exposed + kilopascals per inch of pressure from tight clothing merged into a ranking. But instead it's more about the variety of clothes being worn vs. uniformity - but please, I very seriously doubt that there would be any form of dress code or shirt-and-tie culture at Harvard.
