You guys think that Furman will move the reservations from the Concourse to this site? When is it decided who will win developing rights on this site?

Well he has refunded all deposit for Concourse, so he couldn't shift them, but I'm sure those people will have first crack.

I don't think the Spirit Square site will go out for bidding until Summer or Fall, so we won't know until then.

I believe the county has put off selling the property until next year because it wanted to give the arts tenants more time to find new homes.....I hope Furman maintains his interest in this project, because his design has amazing urbanity to it.

If I remember corectly the RFP should be completed sometime this summer at which time they would solicit any interested developers.
