Looking to get into Transportation Policy

Hi everyone, I am in Urban Studies at UWash as an undergrad. I am looking to do grad school in Urban Planning with a focus on Transportation Policy. It seems that a number of UC schools like Davis, Berkely, LA, ect are good bets for this type of work, though thats about it. So my question to everyone is, if you want to focus on Transportation Policy where do you go? Thanks!
