Caliber Ridge

Haven't seen anyone post anything about this new industrial park being developed by Liberty off I-85. Caliber Ridge is the name. The first tenant is Fast Tek, which works in the automotive industry. Is Fast Tek new to the area or is this a move? Anybody have any additional info about this development?

It is on the old Jones Canery site next to the old Miliken Arimtage Plant

It's in Spartanburg County. Somewhere there is a thread where this multi-county park is discussed -- I'm just not sure where it is.
