Its good to have friends in high places... :)

Here are some pics I got on two occasions over the last week from one of the upper floors of the Carillon building. I'm hoping to get one more chance (with a clear sunset this time), so if I do, i'll add them here. Enjoy!

Mobuchu, i was playing around in Google Earth yesterday, and I found the new feature on there where they have markers around the city which you click on and it pops up a photo from that point/of that building, etc. You should find out how to get all of your photos put into Google Earth and populate the images of Charlotte for the world to see. I'd be proud to have your photos representin' our city.

I've learned alot more about my camera since I took those above, and they were kinda dark, so I wanted to get this vantage point again. Still no pretty sunset :( but I can't exactly go up there whenever I want.... Anyway, I'm liking these more, so thought I would share. (best when viewed in full size) Enjoy!

Woah. You have a gift, my friend. I want friends in high places.

Hey mobuchu, by any chance were you in downtown yesterday around 6-7pmish in front of Trademark by anychance? I saw someone with a big camera and a tripod that seemed to be taking photos downtown.
