nothing for sure just,my gess is the anchor will be a jcpenny's and a Rave 8 movie place.rumors are everything from kroger,khol's,jcpenny's and a few others i cant think of.I know penny's had a plan to open in north macon,that they would own.the don't own the macon mall buliding.

Well I hope they keep both stores at the Macon Mall and this new location; In the Beginning Dillard's was suppose to had kept both of there stores just as Belks Has done but end up closing the one at the Macon Mall.

La berry now open in macon on Forsyth rd. Panera bread and Shanes Rib shack now open in Warner Robins,La Berry opening soon.forgot one and my friend own this one.lol.anyway Hello There Cupcake is opening in warner robins also.

noticed than planning and zoning gave a permit for a Embassy convention hotel at 108 first st.which is the sight of the former Ramada Plaza.anyone heard anything about this. says black dimond hotel llc asked for the permit.

Today's Macon paper said that the hotel was bought by Black Diamond Hotel LLC.

Wendys is going to bulid a new restaurant on Riverside at Holiday north drive.empty lot next to waffle house it's.going to be brick and stone.Also the land right off the new sardius church exit is being rezoned for commerical use.from 75 to skipper road.site plan looks like it will be a grocery anchored development.

there are several projects that have said they will start construction in 2012.out of these which ones do u think will start in 2012?

1.)Hartley Station phase one.66,000sf Publix anchored center.

2.)North Macon Plaza a 400,000sf Target anchored power center

3.)Rivercrossing Marketplace a 238,000sf power center.

4.)Renaissance on the River.Hotel an Condo tower.
