Looks kinda cool at night, but otherwise it's horrible. It clashes way too much with the building beneath it. Scary? No. Ugly? yes.

North side of Quincy, west side of 32nd Ave. They bought every available lot in the Jamestown Commerce Park north of Quincy. The shopping center will go on the southside of Quincy, surrounding the existing Sound Off Signal building (they wouldn't sell out).

Traffic is going to be a beast in that area with all the retail. I hope there's something in the works to re-do that area, including the lamar site.
