New shops planned for old Seafood Connection, bike-store block

1. A coffee-dessert shop (Chocolate Cafe) and a clothing boutique (Belief and Coco's), and as many as six small businesses could open in three historic storefronts on Bardstown Road (1700 block area).

2. Renovations occurring now at 1765 Bardstown Road that housed Seafood Connection and Snappy Tomato Pizza.

3. Renovations will begin soon at 1737 Bardstown Road that was home of Highland Cycle and an earlier bike shop for more than 75 years.

3a. The bike shop will be divided into four smaller shops.
