The new kids play area there is quite large.

I have noticed a lot of dirt work being done on the SW corner of I-49 and Pleasant Grove Road...almost exactly due west across the highway from Walmart.  Has anyone heard of any plans for this land?  Silo Falls, a residential neighborhood, borders it to the south, I-49 to the East, and farmland to the North and West of this location.  Just curious why all the dirt is being moved.

They are water quality ponds to protect the cave fish. Required due to the widening of the interstate

Our fine federal government at work. All over about 100 blind fish.

wasnt a water park supposed to go there a decade ago or so? maybe a good spot for a zoo. build around the cave fish.

Water park was planned 1 exit south in Lowell
