you know, that article about them putting this lot up for sale and all... I wouldn't read into it that much. lots of developers do that... they design the project and make the whole package look nice to a buyer-- it's a win win-- they'll either sell it and make $$$, or develop it and probably make $$$. similar type of deal with Dolive, even though it's not officially for sale-- buyers have expressed interest in buying it from what I'm told. it's just natural I guess.
