This is been down there for a while... apparently 1 year... and I've photographed it numerous times, but it was just now officially "debuted." A grand opening, if you will.

Great news! Looks like it's close to that strip of older retail building on Texas St where it bends away from downtown. I've always wanted to see that area revitalized. Brian, maybe you should link up a few of your photos to this thread.

Actually, believe it or not, there's a LOT of revitalization going on in that strip of buildings you mentioned. I'm so excited to see some of them being remodeled into living and work spaces.

I wonder why there hasn't been anything mentioned in the Times about the renovations. I've always thought they had so much potential.
