My Commentary:

In the April 1, 2007 Commercial Appeal, an article appeared covering a riverfront workshop that was held, organized by Friends for Our Riverfront, Rhodes College, the University of Memphis Mid-South Planning and Zoning Institute and Memphis Heritage. Center City officials were counted among the 135 participants in attendance. Interestingly, at least one Riverfront Development commission member appeared (Dianne Dixon), whose comment in the article appeared to deflect divisions between FFOR and the RDC.
