No, there isn't going to be a train operating there. The NCDOT Railroad Division is considering looking at rebuilding the rail back there for special event passenger service, which would force Park & Rec to move their greenway over a few feet. It would be very controversial. But keep in mind that that its railroad right of way first, greenway second. Don't buy next to railroad right of way if you never want be near trains.

The MLS is showing 5 units for sale, 4 of which I think are developer units.

Some buyers dropped out due to financing issues, but they just sold another unit last week. Sales are slow on this project like all other segments of the market.
