My father who is in commerical real estate in Charlotte was talking to Barry Real Estate the other day and they are looking to possibly buy a 3 acre site down on North Tryon for a mixed use development. They are in the early process still and I think they are still trying to secure the land but it is at the very end of the downtown past 525 North Tryon. So hopefully it will be another nice addition to the Charlotte Skyline.
