Poor Cleveland Indians

I think MLB made a real goof to schedule a home opening series for the Tribe w/ a team that has no other trips to the Jake this season. Now because of the absolutely awful Lake Effect Snowstorm that hit the city, they had to postpone all 4 games, and Sea will be forced to come back to Cleveland on off days in the summer, when they are really needed, and play makeup double headers. How dumb is MLB? Why not schedule teams in April in a place like Cleveland(April snow not uncommon) that at least have another series in the summer when the weather is actually nice? Of course, they could be real smart and schedule the first month of the season on the road at sunbelt cities or at cities w/ domes, and then give them a long homestand in June/July/August when the weather is guarenteed to be better. Nothing like trying to watch a game on TV in whiteout conditions.

it just seems more dumb that they are playing in milwaukee. Noting you can really do though, besides not schedule a team you see once. I mean you can't spend more than a week on the road, it isn't fair.

There were 19,000+ baseball fans at the Indians/Angels game yesterday in Miller Park.

Pretty impressive.
