An overall job growth rate of 17.3% is projected between 2004 and 2014. Health care is expected to grow by 33% mainly because of the aging population and manufacturing is expected to grow by 10.9%. Transportation related jobs are expected to grow by 21%, Construction by 15.8% and 14% for retail. Declines however are forecasted in mining, animal food manufacturing and grocery stores. That's really cool. Those numbers will surely go up when a lot of infrastructure and educational projects are completed. http://www.texarkanagazette.com/news/local...xas_by_2014.php
