My wife and I went to the sneak peek night at Longhorn 2 weeks ago, it was nice and although the servers were a bit nervous they did fine.

We went back last Saturday and splurged a bit and both got the filet and lobster tail.

Not an ounce of fat on the filet and the lobster was great. Our server was Tom, a tall white guy with glasses, he was terrific and i would recommend him

Longhorn anytime.
