Does anyone know when Tallahassee's Sewers were first built?

I can't find the exact date when the Centralized System was created but here's what I can find:

Our System is 675 Miles in length
Contains over 15,000 Man Holes
85 Pumping Stations
1934 - Lake Bradford Treatment Plant
1966-1992 - Thomas P. Smith Wastewater Treatment Plant
