I don't know if a topic on this has already been posted, but here it is anyway.

I came across this site tonight while searching on google. urbanartcommission.org

It looks like a pretty ambitious plan for re-developing the area between Danny Thomas to the west, West 240 to the east, North Parkway to the north, and Jefferson Avenue to the south.

If you look at the Daily Report page and scroll down, there is a drawing of it at the bottom. It looks like a lot of trees and condos.
