the design really did progress. It's fun to see how much was borrowed/inspired from the neighboring building. I'm glad they did away with the, what I'll call, "watch tower," from the top rendering. What is that anyway? I'm willing to bet the windows don't actually open as most don't anymore. Too bad. I work in a stuffy building in Newport News and on a nice day I always want to open a window or two, but can't. False windows are weird. I'm glad my car windows still roll down.

When I was down in VB a few weeks ago, I didn't get to see much of this building's progress... Anyone feel like taking pictures?

On a side note, when does the Pilot move into the Westin and when does the current building come down and the new one start going up?
