I hear that Charlotte is getting a new outlet mall which is great news! I haven't been to the area since 2007 right before the economic collapse, but I remember there was construction everywhere. If there is a Saks Outlet it will most likely be their new (loft) concept like the one in Nashville. I remember when they announced that Polo was coming to Opry Mills reopening (2012), and almost immediately I assumed that meant the one at Lebanon Premium Outlets was closing. Instead, they stayed open, and both stores are doing very well. I've seen Hermes at T.J. Maxx Runway Store in Brentwood and the pocketbooks and clothing are snatched up almost immediately.

I will be living in San Francisco for the next three months for work. I'm looking forward to some great shopping there.
